Just finished making a couple more pizzas following the recipe and methods of Vito Iacopelli on YouTube (grazie, Vito).
I think that, apart from Sina's Pizzeria in Wengen, this one below is the best I have ever tasted. The crust is/was superb. I'm planning to have the other tomorrow.
I think I could easily live off pizza like this, in between porridge, fruit, tablet and macaroon bars...
