Jane Pearce has been named as managing director of Vistra Jersey's office, to lead the firm's corporate, fund administration and private client trust business on the island.
Since starting her accountancy career with Ernst & Young in 1991, Pearce has held positions at Deutsche bank, Gartmore and Kleinwort Benson, where she gained extensive experience in administering and accounting for complex investment structures, says Vistra. Until 2014, she was also an Ogier Group partner and group director.
Just before joining Vistra, Jane worked with the States of Jersey Chief Ministers Department, where she was part of a team consulting on the proposed changes to Jersey’s regulatory environment for the funds industry.
Chief Executive Officer, Martin Crawford commented: “With Jane’s experience in the Funds area and a mandate to grow the business in Jersey both organically and via acquisition, we are convinced that Jane will be a very important asset to build Vistra’s business both locally and contribute to the growth of the whole Group.”
