Cock up at BNP Paribas Securities Services

Patrick Colle, CEO of BNP Paribas Securities Services, confirms that two senior executive appointments announced just under a year ago have finally become effective.

Charles (Charley) Cock (pronounced to rhyme with tow) has started in his role as vice chairman international, charged with reinforcing the bank’s strategic relationships with key client decision-makers. “A seasoned veteran of the securities services business and who has led the client development team for the last 20 years, Charley brings considerable insight and understanding to this new position,” says Colle. 

José Placido is similarly now the global head of client development in charge of regions, relationship management, client service, business development, marketing and communications. In this strategic role, says Colle, Placido will also develop a global best-in-class relationship management team, as well as a service model to ensure a consistent client experience, worldwide.
