The Royal Bank of Scotland Privatisation: You Read It Here First

I've been reading reams of newspaper coverage the past three or four days, written by journalists whipping themselves into a state of frenzy over the possibility that The Royal Bank of Scotland might be privatised in the foreseeable future.
