SGSS Looks To Orient

Societe Generale Securities Services (SGSS) and Orient Capital have signed an agreement to co-operate whereby Orient Capital will offer its suite of investor relations services to SGSS’s registry clients.

SGSS says that following an extensive review of potential providers, it selected Orient Capital for its capacity to provide a suite of the highest quality investor relations services based around its share register analysis (SRA) service, which is delivered through its proprietary online platform, “miraqle®”.

It says that providing its French issuer clients with access to this state-of-the-art method will enable it to offer them even more detailed information and analysis of the identity of who owns their shares, including foreign shareholders.

SGSS does of course already offer a wide range of services to issuers, including employee stock plan administration, shareholder meetings services, share registry services, corporate events services.
