Russia’s National Settlement Depository reports that Maria Krasnova has been appointed the company's deputy chairman of the executive board. In her new role she will be responsible for legal issues, corporate governance, risk management and for development of the company's quality control system.
Krasnova graduated from the Law School of the Lomonosov Moscow State University. In January 2001 she joined NDC as the head of its legal department. From November 30 2009 to November 3 2010, Ms. Krasnova was a member of NDC's executive board. On November 11, 2010 she was appointed NSD’s Head of Legal.
